Programs

Six waysto train.

Every athlete starts the same way: one-to-one with a coach, learning how their body moves. From there it can stay personal, go social, get competitive, or all three. Nothing below is a track anyone is locked into.

In his own words

Catered to the athlete.

Damon on how the programming actually works — groups built around needs and abilities, the language coaches use on the floor, the movements chosen for each athlete, and the certifications behind all of it. The program bends to the athlete. Never the other way around.

Where to begin

Don't pick a program.

Pick up the phone. Tell a coach about your athlete — how they move, what they love, what's worked and what hasn't — and we'll tell you where we'd start. The first session is one-to-one no matter what, so nothing is decided before we've met.
