The second floor
Train Unique's newest floor, on Airline Highway — free weights, turf, and the same coaching standard as the home floor in Lafayette. Newer and still growing, run exactly the same way.
Session times vary — call before your first visit and we'll set a time with a coach.
On the news
Damon in the studio for the Baton Rouge launch — what an adaptive floor actually is, where the idea started back in 2014, and why it grew to a second city. If you're deciding whether to drive over, start here.
The floor
There's no adaptive corner here and no side room. Athletes train in the middle of a real gym floor — serious equipment, real loads, coaches who expect effort — because being walled off is the thing this whole program was built against.
Everyone starts one-to-one with a coach. Where it goes from there is up to the athlete.
No separate room.
No adaptive corner.
One floor.
Programs
Personal training, small group, and group class are the core of the Baton Rouge floor, and the schedule grows as the floor does. Call and a coach will tell you exactly what's running this month and where your athlete fits.
