Group class
Five or more athletes, multiple coaches, one loud and happy hour. Group class is the social end of the program — structured training with teamwork built into it, for athletes who feed off a room full of energy.
What a session looks like
More athletes doesn't mean less coaching. Classes run with multiple coaches on the floor, moving between athletes, scaling every movement up or down on the spot so everyone works at their own edge.
The structure is shared — warm-up, work, finish together — but the loads and movements inside it belong to each athlete. Somebody's squatting a barbell while the athlete beside them works out of a chair, and both are doing the workout.
What the class adds is the room itself: athletes pushing each other, celebrating each other, and learning the kind of teamwork that follows them out the door.
One class.
Every athlete
at their own edge.
Who it's for
Some athletes do their best work with a coach to themselves. Some light up the moment the room fills. Group class is for the second kind — and for the one-to-one athletes who've decided they're ready to find out.
