The first floor
This is where it started — a fitness class called DREAMS in 2014, six athletes, one coach. More than a decade later the Lafayette floor is the home gym: free weights, turf, adaptive equipment, and a coaching staff that knows every athlete by name.
The floor
Free weights and turf, not machines. Adaptive equipment where it's needed, a wheelchair-friendly layout throughout, and free parking outside the door.
Sessions run one-to-one, in small groups of three or four to a coach, and in group classes with multiple coaches on the floor. Special Olympics powerlifting trains here too, on the same floor as everybody else.
Walk in during open hours and somebody will show you around. No appointment needed to look.
One floor.
Every athlete on it.

Programs
Personal training, small group, group class, MMA, powerlifting, and Fun Fit for athletes under 13. Everyone starts one-to-one; where it goes from there is up to the athlete. Call and a coach will point you to the right starting place.

One coach, one athlete, a session built around them.
