Why Small Group Training?

Small Group Training combines personalized coaching with the motivation of training alongside others. Groups are kept to three or four athletes per coach so everyone receives individual attention.

It is also a great opportunity for socialization. Athletes build relationships, encourage one another, and grow together in a positive and supportive setting.
